1. General

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all sales of products (“Products”) by NPMÉ (“Seller”, “we”, “us”) to any customer (“Buyer”, “you”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. No variation shall be binding unless agreed in writing by NPMÉ.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by NPMÉ. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (including by email).

3. Prices and Payment
• Prices are stated in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.
• Payment must be made in full prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept the payment methods indicated on our website.

4. Delivery
• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.

5. Ownership

Title to the Products shall pass to the Buyer only upon full payment of the purchase price.

6. Returns and Cancellations
• Due to the limited and handcrafted nature of our Products, all sales are final.
• Returns are accepted only in case of defective or damaged Products, reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Warranty
• NPMÉ warrants that the Products conform to the description and are free from material defects for a period of 12 months from delivery.
• This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NPMÉ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of the Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product concerned.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to designs, trademarks, and artworks, remain the property of NPMÉ. Purchase of a Product does not grant any license or right to use our intellectual property.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country]. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City/Country].
